Billing questions
How is billing calculated?
You pay based on your actual resource usage — server time, subdomains, and email sends.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. You can configure a monthly spending limit in your account settings. If you approach the limit, you'll receive an email notification.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
Your services will be suspended until you either raise your limit or the billing cycle resets. You won't be charged beyond your cap without confirmation.
Is there a free tier?
Every project gets one free platform subdomain for the first month. Server instances are paid. Contact us if you need a trial arrangement.
How do I get invoiced?
Monthly invoices are sent to your registered email at the start of each new billing cycle. Payment methods include card and bank transfer.
