What is IWS Console?
IWS Console is a developer cloud platform for hosting applications, databases, and files. It includes PM2 process management, Auto Deployment, custom domain DNS provisioning, and more.
How quickly will you respond?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 4 hours during business hours (GMT+6). Urgent support issues are usually handled within 1 hour.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every new project gets one free platform subdomain for the first month. Server instances are paid from day one — pay only for what you use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can delete your project or server instance at any time from the console. Billing stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
